Sunday 7th September 2025 saw the Cymru Coastliner 60th anniversary running day along the North Wales Coast from Chester to Llandudno / Caernarfon using heritage vehicles formerly operated by Crosville. Among the vehicles filmed in Rhyl are Leyland National Mk1 ENL930 - HFM186N, Bristol RELL ERG52 - UFM52F, Bristol Lodekka FSF DFG65 - 875VFM, Bristol RE Coach CRG106 - AFM 106G, Bristol VRT DVG467 - WTU467W and Leyland Olympian ECW EOG207 - C207GTU. Rides are filmed on board the Bristol VR, a one-time member of Rhyl's fleet before being sold to Riverlink in Devon, which was actually re-creating Open Top service 100 and in use as an extra on the day, as well as the Leyland National from Pensarn Station to Chester recreating the Cymru Coastliner L1 service and representing the era from 1975 - 1986 when dual-purpose vehicles such as this held sway on the route until their replacements arrived in the form of coach seated Leyland Olympians. During its time allocated  allocated to Denbigh, ENL930 operated into Rhyl on a regular basis.
