Driver IC Issue: If MOSFETs are replaced but it still doesn't work, the driver circuit (Microcontroller or LM324 op-amp) might be faulty. 3. Maintenance Tips Water Level: Regularly check the distilled water levels in your battery. Cooling Fan: Ensure the fan at the back is spinning. If it gets stuck with dust, the unit will overheat and trip. Main Switch: If the front button is loose or non-responsive, it usually needs a simple micro-switch replacement on the front panel board.
