Hyderabad Water Crisis Deepens | Borewells Dry, Tankers Only Supply | Mana Hyderabad

Despite receiving water from the Krishna and Godavari rivers, Hyderabad continues to face a severe drinking water shortage. Declining rainfall and rapidly depleting groundwater levels have left residents struggling to meet their daily water needs. With the city's population exceeding 1.5 crore and growing industrial demand, the gap between water supply and demand is widening significantly. In many colonies, the water utility is supplying drinking water only once every four to five days, while areas like Kondapur and Madhapur have seen 90% of borewells run dry, forcing residents to rely entirely on water tankers. Even as summer draws to a close, the water crisis shows no signs of easing, marking a stark contrast to the relatively better situation seen last year. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- #latestnewstelugutoday #etvtelanganalive #latestnewsupdate ETV Telangana has been at the forefront of Producing reliable and important news stories which happens around the globe to its viewers.
