Preparing for the Old Woods!! | Welcome to Elderfield

After getting a taste of what the Old Woods are actually like, I’ve decided that maybe running back in there underprepared isn’t the smartest move I’ve ever made. So this episode is all about getting ready. We’re working on getting stronger, gathering materials, making a new weapon, upgrading what we can, taking care of little jobs around town, checking off smaller tasks, and generally trying to get ourselves into a much better position before heading back into the Old Woods. Basically, we’re doing all the boring responsible stuff I probably should have done before walking into a haunted forest full of things that want me dead. There’s crafting. There’s exploring. There’s errands. There’s suspiciously dark-looking preparation. And yes, somewhere along the way we may or may not be doing questionable things at an altar to make a new staff. Completely normal RPG progression. 🙂 This episode is a bit more relaxed, but it’s all building toward the next big push into the Old Woods — because when we go back in there, I would very much like to be slightly less edible. 👻 Welcome to Elderfield – Episode 7 Join this channel to get access to perks:    / @grumpiestghost
