Classic TV Theme: Felix the Cat (+ Bonus!)

The 1959 tv version of Felix gave him several antagonists who were obsessed with getting his 'magic bag of tricks' (a satchel that Felix could manipulate into most anything that he needed at the moment). Episodes dealt with many unsuccessful attempts by The Professor and Rock Bottom. The Professor's nephew (Poindexter) was Felix's friend, while The Master Cylinder was an enemy of everyone. Two seasons were produced and they had a healthy life in reruns. The simple theme song is by Winston Sharples, who wrote cartoon music for Famous Studios and Paramount, and is sung by Ann Bennett.
