Pacific Crest Trail - Section J - Day 5 (The In Tents Thunder Storm!)

Day 5 of 5, with an intense thunderstorm putting on an epic show while camped on top of Trap Pass, there was no sleep to be had. But once the sun was up, it was mere hours until a PCT Backpacker's Burger and a cold brew from Bulls Tooth Pub. The calm after the storm provided great views, as we meandered through the last lakes, meadows and mountains to Stevens Pass. Where we just about ended our journey, before one last side venture to the Sand Bar Tavern in Index, WA. Where a local just back from the Puget Sound shared with us some of his fresh picked oysters, barbequed over a wood fire in his delicious own recipe, the trip could not have ended in any better fashion.
