Moi Fa Kuen Row 1, Eagle Claw Kung Fu Plum Blossom Form

This is row 1 of the Eagle Claw Kung Fu form Moi Fa Kuen. This form trains directional changes and balance as well as technical claw and strike combinations. It is also a great form for connecting to the hammerfist technique as there are several different versions of that strike done from different angles.
