Galactus Maquette Unboxing and Review by Sideshow in HD

My very first review recorded in HD! The statue review is mighty worthy of it as well. This was an open edition piece by Sideshow. I see this as a good thing because there most likely wont be another Galactus ever made, so they gave everyone a chance to snatch one up. They are now sold out but the prices in the aftermarket are very reasonable. A fantastic piece worthy to be in anyone's collection and a must have for any fan of Marvel villains, or Galactus. Pros: 10/10 Sculpt This piece is gorgeous, paint colors are bright and vibrant with many variations in both color and surface material. Paint apps are spot on and have much depth. Fun switchouts to provide display options Lightup feature is a beautiful! Cons: The glue on the blue plastic under the base grate is weak and detached itself and now moves around mine. If a statue is bad for being too big, then you can say that about this piece. but it's flawless. It's a whopping 33 inches tall! I give this piece a perfect score. I own a lot of statues and have seen many of them. This is deserving of being a grail. For the price, you get a lot of statue for the money. With statue prices going over $1K on a regular basis and for pieces that don't deserve it. This is a homerun. Get him cheap while you can!
