Cent 1 Crashes on Zeta Halo - Jul 7, 2026 - Zeus POV (1st MEU Halo)

Shortly after the Banished engaged the UNSC Infinity over Zeta Halo, several of the ships on both sides of the conflict would be damaged and disabled. Centurion 1st Platoon would land in structure / personnel pods on a contested portion of the ring world, aiming to establish a foothold capable of rallying supplies and survivors in the region. The Banished already have a moderate presence in the area, one which will need to be overcome to ensure their safety, if only momentarily. What follows is their battle.
