A little more personal than usual. 🤍 In this video, I’m opening up about my mental health — how I’ve been feeling lately, where I’ve been feeling stuck, and some of the thoughts I’ve been carrying silently. I also talk about what I felt after speaking to my psychiatrist and how that conversation made me look at certain things differently. As someone who usually shares fashion, beauty, fitness and the happy parts of life, talking about this side of me wasn’t easy. But I felt like I wanted to be honest about what’s really going on behind the scenes. Maybe you’ve been feeling stuck too. Maybe you’ve been trying to figure yourself out, feeling overwhelmed, or simply having a phase where you don’t feel like yourself.
