They Laughed at One Washed-Up Man, Unaware He’d Take $162 Million and Bring Them All Down

Then Billy takes what appears to be a simple case involving the suspicious death of a worker at Borns Tech, a massive defense company represented by his former law firm. What begins as one man's lawsuit quickly turns into a war. Billy is beaten, framed, followed and nearly killed as powerful people desperately try to stop him from uncovering what really happened. Even his former partner believes the broken lawyer has no chance against the enormous legal machine standing in his way. But they have underestimated the wrong man. Billy keeps digging until the case reaches court, where the battle ends with a $162.1 million verdict. He then forces the other side into a $50 million settlement and obtains a confession that leads to an FBI raid and the arrest of the man at the center of the cover-up.
