ASMR Mukbang Achara and Ukazi Soup

In today’s ASMR Eating Video, I’m having Achara and Ukazi soup though Achara is missing in it.😂 This soup is a traditional ceremonial delicacy from Abia State in Southeastern Nigeria. It pairs crunchy Achara ( tender Elephant grass shoots) with thinly sliced Ukazi leaves. The soup is thickened with Achi, a traditional soup thickener and molded melon balls.
