Bushra Ansari has lived through a remarkable shift in how people connect, from handwritten letters and the household telephone to social media and artificial intelligence. With humour and stories from her family and career, she describes the unease of learning new technologies while trying to keep pace with younger generations. She also speaks candidly about age, online criticism, her changing personal life, and the many creative paths she has followed as a singer, actor, comedian, writer and host. None of those turns, she suggests, had to be planned in advance. Her invitation to young people is to keep exploring their abilities, welcome change without hiding who they are, and protect their happiness as they build their lives.
