We Captured Ship After Ship and Built a Pirate Fleet | X4 Foundations EP.13

Join us on Discord!   / discord   The Pirate Junkyard finally starts looking like a real empire. We steal the blueprints needed to expand our station, raid deeper into Argon territory, and capture ship after ship for the growing fleet. Research unlocks production-module hacking and pushes us toward stealing defense modules. That lets us take refined-metals, water, and hull-parts production without paying the factions we are robbing. By the end of the episode, the station is producing energy cells, water, and refined metals, our manager is running a growing economy, and new prospectors are preparing the next stage of expansion. The Argon are not giving up quietly. We destroy another defense station, pressure freighters into dropping valuable cargo, seize several traders and combat ships, and fight our way out when an Argon fleet closes in. The Junkyard grows fast, but the fighting also costs us an Elite Vanguard and a Dolphin. This episode also includes a live gameplay test of Pirate's Code, the X4 mod I am developing. The mod is still a work in progress, has not been released, and is not yet available for download. Features shown in this episode—including automated plunder and cargo recovery behavior—may change before release. In the X4: Pirate Junkyard Challenge, we cannot buy ships. Every ship must be stolen, captured, salvaged, found abandoned, earned through a mission, or eventually built by our own pirate organization. Next episode, the fleet turns toward the Argon microchip factory and spice farm as we continue clearing space for pirate control. No Honor. No Mercy. Only Profit. Welcome to the junkyard.
