Team USA Takes The World Championship, And One Player Went 16-0

The World Team Championship is done. Four days in Mechelen, Belgium, 46 nations, 368 players, and the United States came out on top of it, their first win at this event since 2018. One player, Folger Pyles, did not lose a single game all week, going 9-0 to win the Warmaster GT singles and 7-0 at the team event on the same package. Sixteen games, sixteen wins. This is the results follow-up to our preview. In the preview we read all 368 lists before a die was rolled. Here is what those lists actually did. What's in it: how the USA won on match points despite finishing second on individual game wins, and what team scoring actually rewards. Where the data comes from and what it can and can't do: Team results come from Best Coast Pairings (event 8s9skv8CT7Ug): the final standings and the full round-by-round pairings for all 46 nations, cross-checked against BCP's own game-win totals with zero mismatches. Per-faction win rates and every player's record are summed from that pairings pull. The singles come from our own tournament results database for the Warmaster GT (571 lists), with season baselines drawn from GT-grade 11th edition singles. The champion's list was parsed with Wardrill's own parser against the 11th edition game database. Force Dispositions are read only from each list's own recorded pick line.
