Eagle Mountain Abandoned Haunted Mining Ghost Town

Join us from ExploredThis as we venture out to the abandoned ghost town of Eagle Mountain in the desolate desert of Southern California. Join us as our car gets stuck on a lonely dirt road on the way up to the town. Sites visited in the town include abandoned homes, a church hospital we thought was a church, and an auditorium that possibly doubled as a theater. Watch to the end to see us get (caught by security) and hear his own [haunted stories of the town]. Eagle Mountain is a mostly abandoned town founded in 1948 by Henry Kaiser. The town was created to house the workers of his ever growing iron and ore mine. The mostly abandoned town now houses a sparse community of families, some which work at the nearby Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. Eagle Mountain is private property owned by the federal government and patrolled by security trespassers may be prosecuted.
