🤫 Inside Great Egret Clubhouse at Avenir | Palm Beach Gardens, FL 😧

What is it really like to live in Avenir in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida? 🌴 In this episode of The American Dream TV, I’m taking you inside Great Egret Clubhouse at Avenir — and this one is especially personal because I don’t just help buyers find homes here. I live here, too. Living in Avenir has given me a completely different perspective on what buyers should look at when choosing a community. The floor plan matters. The builder matters. But so does what your everyday life can actually look like once you move in. Great Egret is a big part of that experience. From places to meet neighbors and enjoy a meal to recreation, wellness, fitness and activities, this episode gives you a closer look at how residents can actually use the clubhouse throughout the week. 🌴 INSIDE GREAT EGRET CLUBHOUSE Some of the amenities and experiences featured throughout the clubhouse include: 🎾 12 pickleball courts 🎾 9 tennis courts 🏀 Indoor sports court 💦 Splash pad and outdoor recreation 🏋️ Fitness center 💆 Spa services, including an esthetician and massage therapist 🍽️ On-site dining, from casual poolside options to a sit-down meal 📺 Lounge and social spaces 🎨 Events including craft nights and sip-and-paint 🎮 Teen space 🤝 Resident clubs and activities 🏓 Open play, lessons and clinics One thing buyers need to understand when comparing homes in Avenir is that not every community has access to the same clubhouse. 🏡 COMMUNITIES WITH GREAT EGRET ACCESS APEX at Avenir L'Ambiance at Avenir Orchid Isles at Avenir Lake Ridge at Avenir Stone Gate at Avenir Longview at Avenir That clubhouse access is one of the details I think is important to understand before choosing an Avenir community, because the amenities available to you can become part of your day-to-day lifestyle. And I can speak to that from both sides. I help buyers navigate Avenir real estate and new construction, but I’ve also personally gone through the process of choosing a home here. I know how different the decision feels once you stop looking only at model homes and start asking: What will my actual week look like if I live here? That’s why, when I’m helping someone compare Avenir communities, we look beyond finishes and floor plans. We talk about the builder, clubhouse access, amenities, homesites, lifestyle and the things that could matter long after move-in day.
