8912: Freeway Friday the 29th: EB CA-91 between CA-241 and SAR

This was my first time filming this part of the freeway in 2024 and with my iPhone 15. The toll connectors are 26 years old. After they added the 91 freeway connectors, the toll agency planned to build an express connector from the 241 toll road to the 91 express lanes but they never built it for some reason, probably because it would require space for the lane to end and that would seriously create a traffic jam on the express lanes, so they just decided not to build it. There is that abandoned sign beam which was used for a road but that road has been closed since 2003. The express lanes have the older Fastrak lane signs from 2016 compared to the newer ones. The Green River Rd bridge was replaced in 2008.
