What do EU-wide renovation datasets look like when you follow them down to a single renovated apartment block — and what happens when the measured results don't match the model? ReLIFE presents its open European building-stock datasets: renovation rates, CAPEX/OPEX figures and metadata built for reuse. InCUBE then takes one real demonstration site in Zaragoza — a 1970s block of 40 dwellings renovated from EPC rating E to a modelled A — and shows what two years of monitoring data reveal: gas use down 70–90%, cold discomfort more than halved, and overheating up.
