Leaving the City, She Built a Beautiful Bamboo House and Boat Deep in the Forest by @LýThịCa-l2y

Welcome back to my channel! In today’s video, we follow Ly Thi Ca, a young woman around 25 years old who leaves city life behind to build a new life in the forest. *Building a Beautiful Two-Story Bamboo House* She begins by harvesting, cutting, and transporting bamboo to the construction site. Using simple tools such as a knife, saw, and chisel, she builds a beautiful two-story bamboo house beside a flowing stream. The house features sturdy bamboo posts, bamboo walls, and a traditional palm-leaf roof. Every step showcases her patience, craftsmanship, and traditional building skills, proving that natural materials can be transformed into a comfortable forest home at a low cost. *Expanding Her Bamboo Farm* After completing the house, Ly Thi Ca continues developing her forest homestead. She builds a bamboo bathroom and toilet, constructs a duck shelter and pond, and creates a fenced chicken coop and a pigpen for local black pigs. She also builds a shelter for her buffalo, gradually transforming the surrounding land into a more complete and self-sufficient farm. *Building a Handmade Bamboo Boat* Her next project is an impressive bamboo boat, carefully crafted entirely from bamboo. The boat allows her to travel along the nearby river, explore the beautiful natural surroundings, and enjoy a peaceful off-grid lifestyle. She also makes a bamboo table and chairs, demonstrating her creativity and practical craftsmanship. From bamboo house building to forest farming and handmade boat construction, this inspiring project showcases traditional techniques, bushcraft skills, and the beauty of self-sufficient living in the mountains of northern Vietnam.
