Rosco”s Dad was helping with recall, kind of

When Rosco the Bloodhound arrives, his Dad and I discuss the "possibility" of him going off leash. While we are in this discussion Rosco is running around the driveway and then he goes into the creek bed area. He Gone! We call and call, nothing,.....I walk over onto the other property and still no sign. So Roscos Dad goes up the driveway in his truck to go looking for him. Rosco hears the trucks motor and comes running out of the woods. Are you serious?????? the rest of the walk was business as usual. But Rosco was on his new retractable leash.
