1986 Switchback - Doggy Fashion Show

In 1986, my dog was a finalist in the Doggy Fashion Show, on CBC Toronto's "Switchback", hosted by Shawn Thompson (who was Corky Collins in the original "Hairspray" movie). The show went out live, from the old CBC studio on Jarvis St. My dog and I were dressed as Mr. Canoehead. We didn't win, but I still have the Switchback t-shirt and black Pound Puppy toy that they gave me.
