Our first stop was R&F Princess Cove, where we checked into a 4-bedroom apartment. After exploring the facilities floor, I have to say the amenities were impressive. We then headed downstairs to R&F Mall. To be honest, the foot traffic wasn't particularly high, and the retail mix is still developing. This area may need a few more years to fully mature. That said, the essentials for daily living—supermarkets, restaurants, and basic conveniences—are already in place. In the evening, we decided to walk to the CIQ. What caught my attention was something interesting: there were noticeably more people walking back toward Johor Bahru than heading toward the CIQ. It was a clear sign that the daily commuting crowd returning from Singapore is very real. The walk itself was pleasant, but if you're looking for places to hang out, shop, or enjoy the nightlife afterward, the options are still quite limited.
