BMW Coolant Leak Fix – "Mickey Mouse" Flange Replacement the Easy Way (N54 / N55)

A coolant leak at the back of the cylinder head on BMW six-cylinder engines is often the "Mickey Mouse" coolant hose flange. Here is the easiest way I found to replace it, including cutting off the old clamp. Except for cutting the clamp, do you know an easier way? If so, please share!
