Steering a LEGO Car with wheels facing Down

Hello everyone, a while back I've seen ‪@BananaGearStudios‬' video about an omnidirectional threadmill, which reminded me of an unfinished prototype I built a while back: A car which moves with only slightly angled wheels directly pointing to the ground.
