**The Blueprint's **
Set your blueprint and lets Allah will
Monologue 1
I held the blueprint, crisp and clean,
A map of destiny, a perfect scene.
Each line was straight, each angle true,
A future sketched in black and blue.
The towers of ambition, tall and grand,
The tranquil waters, the promised land.
I knew the cost, I knew the climb,
The measured rhythm, the tock of time.
M2
The first step taken, a hopeful stride,
With the blueprint's comfort as my guide.
But the path, which seemed a simple line,
Began to warp, a twisted vine.
A sudden storm, a jagged rock,
A key that fit no promised lock.
The ink I'd used to draw the way
Began to bleed, to blur, to gray.
M3
The towers I had drawn with care
Were not of stone, but of thin air.
A chasm yawned where I had planned
To cross a bridge to solid land.
I cursed the map, I cursed the sky,
The "how" and "why" of every why.
My planned perfection, torn and tossed,
A monument to what was lost.
M4
And in that ruin, on my knees,
Amidst the shards of shattered ease,
I saw a truth I'd not been told:
The plan was lead, the goal was gold.
The map was but a child's first toy,
A preface to a truer joy.
The failure wasn't in the fall,
But in the fear to lose it all.
M5
So I let the final embers burn,
A lesson I could not unlearn.
And from the ashes, soft and gray,
I rose to face a different day.
No longer guided by a line,
But by a hunger, fierce, divine.
The goal was not a distant prize,
But a new truth behind my eyes.
M6
The journey wasn't to the place,
But finding strength to run the race.
The achievement wasn't in the crown,
But in the self I did not drown.
The plan was just a seed of might,
That had to rot to find the light.
And what I built, I built anew,
Not from a map, but from what's true.
Closure
And what I found, I found anew,
Not from a map, but from the true.
