From Dubai to Sharjah, across the water by ferry, and then on to Birmingham, England. What could possibly go wrong? Quite a lot, as it turns out! ✈️🚆⛴️ Welcome to Episode 2 of **Black Book Travels**, where father and son explore the world, discover new places and occasionally find themselves in unexpected situations! Our adventure begins at Al Ghubaiba Bus Station in Dubai, where we board a double-decker bus to Sharjah for just AED 7.50 each. After breakfast, we explore Sharjah's famous Blue Souk (Central Souk), enjoying its beautiful architecture and traditional shops before heading to the ferry terminal near Sharjah Aquarium. For just AED 15 each, we take the ferry back to Dubai, enjoying spectacular coastal views, passing traditional dhow yards and entering historic Dubai Creek. But our journey is far from over! After an early night, we're back at Dubai International Airport to board an Emirates Airbus A380 bound for Birmingham, England. And that's when things start to go wrong... 🚆 Cancelled trains. 🚆 More cancelled trains. 🚆 Conflicting advice at Birmingham New Street. 🚆 An unexpected helping hand from ChatGPT. 🚶 And finally, a two-mile walk to reach Granny's house in Evesham!
