Hand FLOUR MILL : Restoring an Ancient ''ATTA CHAKKI'' ll Making Fresh Atta and Tawa Roti Il Roza Food Rail ll Hello Dear Friends, Welcome back to our village living journey. In this video we are making traditional hand stone flour mill , we also call it Chakiya or Atta chakki, using mud ,clay , stone and concrete just like it was used in old times by our grand parents. This is an amazing build at home for fresh atta any time at home. After compeleting the build of traditional ancient hand flour mill my wife and kids grinding fresh wheat flour to make tawa roti . In this video you will see how we built an amzing ancient and traditional hand flour mill called atta chakki from mud and stone and concrete without using any machine only with hands and also in this video we used it and showing you how amazingly this hand made flour mill is working perfectly fine.. My wife and children operating it with ease and making fresh atta (wheat flour) from wheat grain and fresh Roti bread in clay chulha on wood fire, And we are enjoying a fresh meal at home in village together in our garden . THis video showcase traditonal village life , happy family life far away from busy cities , rural cooking and ancient food preparation methods. """ One of the most special part of this project is that the grinding stones are not new. They are a part of our family's ancestral heritage, passed down through the generations. These same stones were once used by my great grand mother, then my grand mother and later by my mother. After lying unused for many years , I brought them back into working condition by building and installing a new traditional Atta Chakki around them. It is wonderful feeling to see a piece of our family history comeback to life and serving it's purpose once again.""" This video is a tribute to simple village living , traditional skills, homemade food, survival without harming mother earth and the nature , no use of any modern machine and energy and we are creating and reliving beatiful memories of village life. Our effort is not merely about build a traditional hand flour mill, cooking on a clay stove ,or recreating old methods but It is about preserving a proud legacy. It is about honoring the art , knowledge , craftmanship,and self reliance and self sufficiency that sustained generations before us. There is unique sense of pride and satisfaction in bringing these traditions , ancient techniques and way of village living back to life .THESE are not just old living, we are living symbols of patience , simplicity, sustainability and human connection. By sharing these traditions with you and all younger generation like us , we are are trying to build a bridge between the past and the FUTURE. We are preserving heritage , celebrating culture, and ensuring that the wisdom of the past continues to inspire the future of our children and the neo generation.
