90 days of journaling didn't feel like progress for the first 30. It felt like maintenance. Then somewhere between day 60 and 90, the writing sharpened, the self-awareness deepened, ideas started connecting that weren't visible at the start. That's the day I actually understood compounding, it's not a financial concept, it applies to everything, money, skills, relationships, reputation.
