We failed to get a rental car in Taiwan… But loved the forest train in Alishan national park

We failed to get a rental car in Taiwan… so we decided to make our way to the mountains by public transport instead! 😄 In this vlog, we’re heading up to Alishan National Park, one of Taiwan’s most beautiful mountain destinations. We travel through the mountains, explore the incredible ancient forest, ride the famous Alishan Forest Railway, and visit the beautiful tea plantations around the area. 🌲🍵⛰️ It turned out that not having a car wasn’t such a bad thing after all — the journey itself became one of the highlights of the trip!
