At AMD Advancing AI 2026 in San Francisco, we had the honor of presenting Gene.01 to AMD Chair and CEO Dr. Lisa Su and South Korea’s Deputy Prime Minister Kyunghoon Bae. Just six months after unveiling its concept at CES 2026, Gene.01 returned as a fully functional humanoid platform. During the live demonstration, we showcased its full-body sensorized skin, capable of perceiving touch and proximity to enable safer, more natural human–robot interaction.
