Don’t Make Up Stories You Don’t Want to Live With

In this talk, recorded on October 13, 2026, at Rigpa Sydney, Khentrul Rinpoche explores the profound stories of Guru Rinpoche, King Gesar, and the Copper-Coloured Mountain, reflecting on their spiritual significance and relevance to our lives today. Through these traditional Buddhist narratives, Rinpoche invites us to reflect on the stories we create about ourselves and the world around us, how they shape our experiences, and how we can cultivate a wiser and more meaningful perspective on life.
