Description The FZ-AFC16PB fills and caps bottles in a single pass. No hand-off between two machines. Sixteen servo piston heads do the filling, and twelve rotary heads do the capping. Here is the sequence. A starwheel holds each bottle in place as it moves from station to station. Servo piston pumps meter the liquid in. Meanwhile, a vibratory bowl sorts the caps and feeds them to the rotary heads, which close each bottle. The touchscreen shows operators what is running and lets them change parameters on the spot. Output runs at 8,000–10,000 bottles per hour, quoted for the standard 30 mL fill. Change the volume and the number moves. So does the product: thick or foamy liquids fill slower than thin ones.
