IT HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING IN A THOUSAND YEARS. KODAMA — 木霊: in Japan, very old trees are treated as though something lives in them. When people decide a tree is one of those, they tie a thick straw rope around the trunk and hang folded paper from it, and then they leave it alone. The tree does not have to do anything else. It has simply been standing there longer than anyone can account for. As a Japanese creator, I made this 2+ hour soundscape of koto and shakuhachi for anyone who feels they have to keep justifying being here. Use it for deep work, meditation, or an evening when you have run out of things to show for the day. No lyrics, no sudden changes — nothing here is asking you for anything. 🎧 Best with headphones. You do not have to earn the next two hours. 🔔 New ambience every day — subscribe so you never miss one:    / @wabisabifocus   About Wabi Sabi Focus: One Japanese aesthetic concept, every day, turned into music for deep calm. Music and artwork are created with AI tools (SUNO for music, AI image tools for art), then curated, arranged, and edited by a Japanese creator who lives these aesthetics. We believe in being open about our process. #japanesezenmusic #zenmusic #kodama #ancienttree #shrine #meditation #calmmusic #focusmusic #shakuhachi #koto #mindfulness
