Intro to the 4 ACT PLOT STRUCTURE (What are plot beats?)

The 4 Act Structure is one of the most important tools I use when I'm plotting a story (right after the Story Circle, which we talked about a year ago). This structure splits your story into 4 parts: the Setup, the Response, the Attack, and the Resolution. Today, I'm giving you a brief overview of all four parts, and in the next few videos, we'll go over each part more in-depth. At the end of this series, I'll show you how these plot beats fit into the Story Circle so you can use them together. Let's get into it!
