My Kids Were Craving Bánh Xèo, So I Made It! 🇻🇳

Today, I’m making one of my favorite Vietnamese street foods — crispy Vietnamese pancakes, also known as Bánh Xèo! 🇻🇳 This Southern Vietnamese dish is filled with shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts, then served with fresh herbs and sweet & sour fish sauce. It’s crispy, flavorful, and so satisfying! 😋 I’m originally from Northern Vietnam, but I moved to Ho Chi Minh City to build a life with my family. Living here has introduced me to so many delicious foods that I had never tried back home. After cooking, I also prepare a traditional herbal steam for my kids while they’re feeling under the weather.
