I haven't experienced a 'real' winter in over a decade. It's interesting how we change over the years. In my twenties, I was all about sunshine, islands and the tropics. Then I turned 30, and it's like a different version of me have been switched on and I was suddenly craving the crisp snow under my feet and the feeling of cold cheeks on a chilly day. I suddenly liked cats instead of dogs and started collecting plants. I started despising going anywhere after 8pm and couldn't stand how alcohol made me feel while just a year before I was dancing on top of a bar at 4am. I guess we change just like the seasons do.
