Senate declares Isiolo a "crime scene" after Investigations revealed executive has a case to answer

Governor Guyo failed to honor four summons before the committee holding today's session at the Isiolo County assembly which was not attended by Isiolo leaders both the Assembly and the executive. Deputy governor Dr. James Lowasa who doubles as the CEC for health led a team to meet the senators at the Isiolo morgue which was one of the areas of interest being investigated for lack of proper service delivery to the public.
