The full design story of a 1,300 sq ft pool house near New York — from an empty lawn to photoreal renders and a 32-sheet drawing set. A jacuzzi room, a Finnish sauna, a chef's kitchen with a 48" range, a travertine fireplace wall and 65 feet of folding glass facing the pool. We changed the structure, redesigned the kitchen twice, fixed a fake-looking fire, fought AI that tried to change our design, rebuilt the roof edge — and the client approved every frame.
