Broken Compass Bluegrass | BGS Sessions x MerleFest (Live from MerleFest 2026)

Welcome back to the BGS Sessions x MerleFest. ‪@brokencompassbluegrass‬ brings their tight harmonies, intricate picking, and high-energy sound to the 2026 BGS Sessions x MerleFest with "End of the World," "Whisper of a Witch," and "Bound to Make It Better." Hailing from Northern California, Broken Compass Bluegrass is part of a new generation making its mark on the bluegrass and progressive acoustic scenes. Featuring Kyle Ledson, Django Ruckrich, Mei Lin Heirendt, and Sam Jacobs, the band blends traditional bluegrass roots with original songwriting, rich harmonies, and a fresh approach all their own. In partnership with ‪@TheBluegrassSituation‬, these sessions celebrate the artists, songs, and unforgettable performances that make MerleFest more than a festival. Filmed in an intimate setting, each BGS Session offers a closer look at the music and the artists who help make the MerleFest experience so special. More BGS Sessions are on the way.
