After 9 years in development, hopefully it was worth the wait. Or will almost be worth the wait. Since reception to the video pretty well my suspicions for why the weapon may not be good, I think this one is going to be adjusted substantially, at least to try other ideas. The balance and numbers are of course not final- technically, the weapon itself isn't even likely to be included if it proves to be bad later on or people just don't like it.
