Hogwarts Legacy | Part Twelve

We're picking up pretty much exactly where we left off last time. We meet up with Amit and Lodgok at the mine. Again, Lodgok begs out of doing the heavy lifting and sends to students to get the job done. This guy really has some nerve! But we've got Amit so at least we're using the buddy system. We take out some spiders and goblins and find plans for a giant drill. Once we find the plans and finish up in the mine, I accidentally stop recording. Literally hit the hotkey on the keyboard and didn't realize it for a moment or two. Fortunately, I caught it pretty quickly, so we didn't lose much. We missed Amit saying that was pretty scary and the beginning of the cutscene conversation with Lodgok. Could have been worse. Next, we meet Sebastian at the overlook, which you may recognize from the image from the triptych, and naturally, the goblin loyalists are guarding the area. Which seems suspicious. So, obviously, we're going to investigate. To be quite honest, I kind of speedran both of these mines. I'm trying to post twice a week and keep each episode around an hour long. I've also been ridiculously busy lately. So I was moving. Fast. Apologies in advance if the camera is a little much. Also...I don't know why but I can never seem to find Protego. I've been blazing around the screen, dodging and rolling but whenever I go for Protego my mind blanks for some reason. OR I just forget it's even there because I just roll out of the way. I noticed that as I was editing. There are several times where I just stop. Cause I'm hunting for the Y button. SLOW. OLD. LADY. That's all I really got to say about that. Eventually, we make it to the end of the mine and find another image from the triptych. We take it back to the Undercroft and everything is going pretty well until I casually mention to Sebastian that I've been working with Lodgok. Oops. Apparently, Sebastian does not appreciate me fraternizing with goblins. I don't remember if I chose this dialogue option the first time I played through the game, so I have no idea what happens if you choose the other response. Maybe it prevents him from getting all worked up about it. Maybe it doesn't. Either way, he turns into a brat. So, I don't know. Maybe Sebastian and I aren't besties anymore. And that's where we're leaving it today. Next episode, we should be unlocking the third trial.
