Late Night Egg Burrito

I was watching an episode of Padma Lakshmi's Taste the Nation where she has a super-simple bean and egg burrito, which reminded me of how much I love bean and egg burritos, so I made one and ate it. It was delicious. For those asking: I mixed together some refried beans, egg, cheese, and salsa verde. It’s not really a recipe, just something I did. As always, salt to taste.
