Keep Arthur’s First Bounty Active... Look What Happens | Good, Honest, Snake Oil RDR2

What happens if Arthur begins his first bounty mission, “Good, Honest, Snake Oil”, but leaves Benedict Allbright waiting? Instead of heading straight for the bounty, we keep the mission active and set out to discover just how much of the world changes while it remains unresolved. Along the way, Arthur can acquire free firearms, explore normally occupied homesteads and deserted gang strongholds, collect valuable loot and rare items, and take advantage of some very unusual changes to the world around him. The journey eventually carries us across the Upper Montana River into southern West Elizabeth, where the usual Pinkerton presence is absent, leaving Great Plains and Tall Trees open for a much more peaceful exploration. We’ll visit forgotten locations, uncover hidden rewards, and even make time for a legendary catch at Aurora Basin. There are also some particularly useful early Chapter 2 rewards along the way, including the Schofield Revolver, Sawed-Off Shotguns, Pump-Action Shotgun, Semi-Auto Shotgun, Double-Barrelled Shotgun, Old Brass Compass and plenty of cash, valuables and supplies. One important point: Benedict Allbright will eventually need to be captured and the mission completed to ensure the rewards collected during the journey are retained. No mods. No cheat codes. Just RDR2 Story Mode and a rather unusual way of approaching Arthur’s first bounty.
