AI Limit Any% in 28:35

My faster time:    • AI Limit Any% in 26:40   There are still a couple time saves: -just better sewers -there is a fence skip in slums that can save ~10 sec -there are riskier routes in rooftops that save ~5 sec -after the wrong warp there is a different path that saves 15 sec but I cannot stress enough how dangerous that one is. -do flame jet glitch only 4 times instead 6 ~20 sec -dont rest after seraphim ~10 sec so sub 28 is in theory possible.
