Door Issues! Montgomery Hydraulic Elevator (A-Series Fixtures) in Menlo Park, CA

This elevator has some door issues. The door opens most of the way, comes to a complete stop, then slowly opens the rest of the way. The door also slams when closing. Notice that the indicator lights have springs in them and can be pressed (as if they are buttons). I find this very strange as I don't think Montgomery ever used these "1980s square buttons" as actual buttons. Fixtures: Montgomery A-Series Year installed: Circa 1987 Date of recording: May 2024
