Kyrgyzstan Was A Dream

I never planned to visit Kyrgyzstan. After Uzbekistan, I met someone who convinced me to take the train + a small plane to Bishkek for a 5-day horse trek in the west of the country at 3,000-3,500m altitude. I expected an Instagram trap full of tourists in peak July season. We were alone in 99% of places — just empty nature, fresh mountain air, and a few locals. It felt like Zelda in real life and completely reshaped how I see life.
