I raised all my children in church, believing that if I taught them God’s Word and raised them right, they wouldn’t slip up. But life taught me something different: I can teach my children, pray for them, guide them, and love them—but ultimately, I have to trust God with their journey. There were moments when my children needed me to pray for them when they couldn’t pray for themselves. And I’ve witnessed God’s power firsthand. I watched God bring my son out of prison and into marriage and a beautiful family, reminding me that one difficult chapter does not determine how the story ends. In this episode, I share what parenting has taught me about letting go, trusting God, communicating with teenagers, setting boundaries, and refusing to give up on our children when they make mistakes.
