Railfanning the BNSF Marceline and Emporia subs | NS Roadrailer, Amtrak, 70MPH action!

Recorded 10/07/23, plenty of good stuff, and a lot of high speed action! Hope y’all enjoy! Time stamps: 0:00-SLPCLHA just before sunrise 2:34-ZWSPSBD flying west 3:59-HKCKBRC taking the NS track to stop at Hardin 6:06-F-ZCIG4 racing east around 65MPH 8:55-ZLACWSP at 70MPH 11:06-NS 255 Roadrailer 13:11-Amtrak 4 Southwest chief 13:47-QCHISTO 17:33-HKCKGAL 19:19-ZSBDWSP 21:59-ZLACNYC flying east at 70MPH 23:47-ZNBYWSP A few hours later, I was trackside again near Ottawa, and caught the following trains in a little under 2 hours. 24:51-CNRMRRS (OGEX coal train) 27:03-SLPCLHA again 28:56-VKCKALT w/ Leslie RS3L horn!! 30:57-QCHISTO again 32:28-VSAGLPC w/ NS-Fakebonnet Lashup 34:51-SLHALPC 37:12-ZWSPSBD again 38:37-ZLACCHI 41:09-ZWSPNBY Notes: 1. Cool to see some trains twice without purposely chasing any 2. ZWSPSBD worked Logistics park Kansas in Gardner, so his consist changed a bit between the first catch at the second. 3.
