Gallup by Sundown | A Song for the First Long Day on I-40

Day one. Not Ohio. Not even close. Just get two women, two dogs and one ridiculously packed Tucson across Arizona and into Gallup, New Mexico before everybody has had enough. “Gallup by Sundown” is the first overnight stop in our five-day drive east and a song about discovering that sometimes a huge life change happens one motel room at a time. Kris Voelker - AI Songbook About AI Songbook These songs begin with my stories, ideas and experiences. I use generative AI tools as part of the songwriting, arranging and production process to help turn those stories into finished music. © 2026 Kris Voelker. All rights reserved.
